Making Monday, hurry get your free pattern before the end of the day!!

This is an image of the cake my girls gave me on my birthday. Love cake!
Good morning and welcome back to the work week (insert sad face here). I wanted to share something with you that ends today, so hop to it if you want to participate.

Laura Aylor is a designer of knitted accessories and sweaters. Her birthday event is nearly over and to celebrate, she is offering you a free pattern. Put it in your Ravelry cart and enter this coupon code, HAPPYBDAY,  to get it for free. Her blog, Tossing the Stash, is here if you'd like to add it to your reading list.

I have been eying All The Shades of The Truth, since I first spied it in the Ravelry Top Twenty. It is a long rectangular scarf that has color blocking, knit in garter stitch. That is the pattern I downloaded for free. It will be a project that will use up stash, but it must co-ordinate well, so I may need to go and buy some yarn to make the color combos pop. I have some olive and deep purple Cascade 220 that might work.

Leave a comment on which pattern you choose in celebration of Laura's birthday! Happy Birthday and THANKS!!!!!

Thanks for telling me. I've been meaning to buy Faberge for ages.

Glad you got to take part in this. I chose the scarf Oak Park which is somewhat similar to yours. Should be fun to do. Would like to do it in madtosh if it doesn't break the bank!
